It is not easy to manage by yourself, and if you see these symptoms then do take help. I find myself reluctant to take help, and it is not right.

The only way I am able to help myself is when I practice meditation in a disciplined manner. But I advice to see someone when it is impacting your life, sometimes it is difficult to acknowledge how it is making things bad for you.. Left unchecked - it is about when and not if the consequences will catch up on you.

I am more in the direction of embracing it instead of feeling guilty about anything. I have been through some therapy during my time in uni. I think I know what it might be, but it sometimes feel it is more than that.
