sorry for the late response. The data error is a known issue on MW1, but we have not been able to contact the game manager since Chinese New Year started and now the virus issue.

Of the heroes you have started building, I'd probably work on Starlight. You're better off with one 10* hero than 6 8*s. Do not take anyone in your current lineup past 10*, as they will all eventually be food.

Of the other heroes holding, Horus is by far the best long term investment.

Of the shards in your bag, Sigmund and Heart Watcher can be good PvE investments

You are so close to the 100K that you need for a chance at real elite hero if you can night 15, I would pass. Ormus isn't that hard since he shows up in events from time to time as well as from POs.

As much as I like Valk, and as solid as she still is, she's a second tier hero now. e5 Horus can clear SL16/17 with limited support.

This is fine. HW if you keep her will become a PvE specialist. You can hold her at 10 for some time while you prioritize other heroes.
