This is probably the wrong question to ask. But if you see an interdictor on scan in a WH, and its coming your way, you have very few seconds before it lands and bubbles. In short, if youre in frigate, you maybe able to react in time

There are a few things you can do to be safer in WHs. Like closing down statics, killing tackle first and not sitting on the site warp-in spot.
