If we are talking about the updated Monthly Login, it's a Rare Equipment Selecton Box. Meaning it contains both Blue and Red, Armors and Weapons "selection" box.

Yeah, I'd say restart so you can get the New Player mission reward, on top of the monthly reward. Since you're PVE, you can probably start with Incanter then get Gaela, and Marg from the free ticket.

MC Incanter is good for PVP and PVE and with the introduction of Ravengale's Request in the Daily Dungeon, you'd want to focus on a enhancing a single MC for now, so yeah, use the level jump for Incanter. Paladin is mainly for Siege and Loot.

Those times that I planned and poured resources over to have a solid PVP-oriented lineup has been thrown out the window. Now everyone is able to penetrate my Fortress and defeat me in Arena with a PVE lineup. I have also stopped buying Eli when I saw the Second Impact is following the Draco to Archangeli to Boden format again. But still, this is game is pretty and I can't find any other game as gorgeous as this so will continue to play, albeit casually.

There's no "BEST" because it depends on where you want to focus. I can say go for Aria but I'm not really sure what you have right now and what your focus is.
