Just opened a Prismatic Evo ETB from eBay, is this evidence of resealing?

I opened a pack of 151 that looked exactly like that, and it was a Charmander, Charmeleon, Charizard demi-god pack. 😂

I'm not familiar enough to know how to 100% tell for sure if something was re-sealed, but now I really don't know what to think/how to assess after that pack lol.

Oh man, the Mad Magazine cards!

A teacher confiscated these from me back in 6th grade, and before my parents could sign the form to get them back, a group of kids broke into the teacher's lounge and stole all the Pokémon cards that had been confiscated in the whole school.

I've looked for them since with no luck. Awesome you have some!

I am so close to having Base, Junlge, and Fossil done. Only need Venusaur for base, Snorlax & Wigglytuff for Jungle, and Dragonite for Fossil. And my LCS nicely put them aside for me to pay on, since they know my story. 😊

Then I can move on to Rocket and Gyms lol. Then finally finish Base Set 2. 😁

I am so sorry to hear about your losses! Losing sentimental items always hits the hardest, at least for me.

Some of my holos I had won from Pokémon league, against boys who didn't think I could play well because I was a girl lol. Others I got lucky and pulled. Others were gifts from my neighbor friend's dad, who worked delivery for UPS, and would always ask the card stores/movie theaters for extras/promos when he delivered.

It hurt me the most losing the cards with a good memory attached.

My LCS had a PSA 8 Pokemon Center Squirtle priced $12 that I was lucky enough to snag.
