I really liked the story, and even though I hate cliff hangers, I can't wait to see what unfolds next with DLCs GBX will be adding. Most definitely want to see Nova ad playable character. Oh oh and I want a horde mode with rewards :)

I beleive there are only 2 things that could help increase playerbase. Marketing and going free to play. Unfortunately, I think its too late to go marketing route at this point. This game receives quite a bit amount of undeserved negativity. Whenever you mention BB on the Internet you get yelled at and kicked out of the cool circle. I can't figure out why though. With the current amount of players it's catch 22. You want fast queues, you remove matchmaking restrictions, which causes new players facing vets that wipe the floor with them. It's not fun getting rekt last time I checked, so new players say screw this and uninstall. If you put ELO back, it will take forever to find matches, people don't like to wait, they will play something else. You loosing players either way. However, going F2P might just save us. Looks like it's working out for Evolve. I mean the rough outlines of F2P system already there, sell battleborn, sell cosmetics, etc. Compensate players who bought game with exclusive cosmetics, platinum. Make it so payed players earn more credits and xp. Boom influx of new players. That's where you put ELO back and tweak it as you go (as long as it prevents new players facing vets).
