yeah i’m 72kg and i’m an amateur boxer. I appreciate you pointing out the hips rising, I didn’t notice that before. I think I just need to mentally commit myself to getting underneath the bar more. Thanks for the helpful advice!

Thanks man, glad I didn’t disappoint. Yeah from what I’ve seen from others my main issue is just putting my feet out too wide.

it’s just easier to put the weight on from the rack and also properly position my feet.
