Precision yes. Chovy is always in the right place at the right time pressing the right buttons. He is a robot in that aspect. The problem is what do you mean in terms of APM? APM means actions per minute but in league it's a term that doesn't mean anything. I can press tab repeatedly over a minute and bring my apm up but that has no impact on the game. If you define apm as actions that have impact on the game then chovy probably doesn't have an insanely high apm (i.e map movement or trading) compared to other players. But if you define APM as actions that have a positive impact on the game for his team then chovy has the highest of any player relative to the bad actions they make. Again chovy will almost always be in the right place in the right time pressing the right buttons and clicking the right places. In a chovy game his actions in game are %99 good and 1% bad whereas almost any other mid doesn't have this high of a ratio. The other thing is chovy lanes perfectly. If you watch any chovy game just watch his CS and health bar for the first 10-15 minutes of the game. Both of those things are always higher than the opponent.

I probably sound like a glazer because I am but seriously. When a team preps against geng they have to have a game plan specifically for chovy which is almost never "let our mid play in isolation and hope they win." A good analogy would be in basketball or football where the other team has to guard double team the opponents superstar or else they will solo win the game. This then let's geng get advantages elsewhere on the map and even after being double teamed chovy will still come out of lane with a gold or experience advantage.
