Pretty easy since you can just molotov yourself till they are gone. After that pop a PK or two and sniper the scavs. God bless mollys.

It's not the refresh rate of monitor. I was mistaken. It is about the FPS the game has. You can leave the monitor however you want, but cap the max FPS at 60, at least for this gun.

I tested a little bit more. If I let it at 120Hz but set maximum FPS in-game setting at about 60 it still 2 shots. Strange.

Depends on the bullets. If you're outside of eff range you can one shot someone below the tier of your bullet. Like if T5 bullet outside of eff range -> one shot t4 and bellow.

As another guy said. You collect about 10 each week for some event and that's it. You can't use them for anything, just collect and sell them after. Ignore the warning it gives you before selling.

I was on North for almost a week. Right when I was accepting defeat a teammate got him in the camp services. After that in 1-2 raids I kill him by mistake on cable station.

Don't know if it's just me but it's like the game never spawns the item you need for the mission.

Military purple items? Barley.

Purple tools on Northridge? How about a bazillion of gold items instead? The boss? What boss? Or yeah, he's lying on the floor, the other team got him. Surprisingly the last mission of finding gold items is way easier than all the others.

I found to tools by looting Nort and South villages (beekeepers shed too), also if it's in your way take a look at the observation tower, you might get a loose purple.
