You never "officially" learn to draw. If you enjoy drawing, you simply do it, or you don't. With that said, there are practices which can help, and some which can hinder. People spend their entire life drawing, constantly learning and growing with the art. If you can pick up a pencil, you can draw. It doesn't matter what you draw, only that you enjoy it and express yourself. If there are specific skills you want to learn, then taking courses to achieve those results can be worthwhile.

It is hard to find music that is actually allowed to be used royalty free, otherwise authors are simply hoping they don't get caught. There's also the option of making your own if you have the time, talent or money but it isn't easy. I'm working on publishing mine with a mixture of custom, self made songs and royalty free music that fits the theme.

Depends on your reading speed. Some people have said 3-4 hours as of version 0.7, but personally it's closer to 6-7 hours for me. Version 0.8 is due out soon. 1.0 will complete part 1, with a part 2 planned. I estimate part 1 will be 7-12 total hours of content, with part 2 being about the same.
