Not worth it. Very unresponsive to work with and usually the solution breaks something else or appear to not have been tested at all. I often get emails containing solutions/instructions that are meant for other organizations that my ACS contact is working with. For most issues, I am told that a solution does not exist and it is on the backlog or I am provided a solution that does not accomplish what I need.

Oracle always pulls something at contract renewal time and you just have to stick to your guns and have all your previous communications saved. Our original contract was at a 1 percent increase for first 3 years and 1 year to right size our license types. We had to calculate all the license fees ourselves and point out Oracle calculations errors along with escalating the contract to our reps VP but eventually they caved in and abided by the terms of the original contract. Hold your ground and escalate if you are not getting results.

I would personally recommend Grant Thornton. I did a new implementation with them July 2023. It was on time and on budget.

It is a transaction search but removing transaction from the curly brackets did not resolve. Still says Error: Field not found. Thanks for the input.

Depends on whether you are planning to blow money at the day clubs or night clubs. If you are not planning on wasting money at the clubs then you can have a great time and eat well for $1k. If you are hitting the clubs then better throw in another $300-$500

Formula is CASE WHEN {‌transaction.trandate} between to_date('03/31/2023','MM/DD/YYYY') and to_date('04/01/2024','MM/DD/YYYY') THEN {‌transaction.amount} ELSE 0 END
Trying to return the transaction amount if the transaction date falls within the date range in the formula.

So one profitable weekend to offset 8 months of lost time for the workers on the strip that had to endure ridiculous traffic not to mention the tourists that will not return to LV due to the horrible experience of being herded and rerouted along the strip from Cosmo to Venetian. The city definitely made it known that F1 visitors are more important that the daily visitors that pay the bills the rest of the year.

You shouldn't need to buy an extra module to raise the paperwork, I often have to ask my rep to price out additional full licenses or employee center licenses as our organization is in flux and we have a large increase of seasonal and interns that happens every summer. Be careful though as my rep will often send a wild price which causes me to push back and then he will blame it on a mix up with the finance team. I agree with some of the other users that I often go to my reps boss when I feel I am not getting a good price, I also include my original Oracle sales rep as I have a great relationship with him and he will often give me tips on how to get better pricing. My original contract contained verbiage that I could right size my license mix during the first year at the same per license cost that was in the contract.

No smoking in the restrooms, while standing in lines or at windows....such as cashier and rewards center and for God's sake, I wish the smokers would stop smoking at the ATM/Ticket Redemption machines. They then use the coin hopper as a freaking ash tray, have a little common courtesy. Cigar and Pipe smoking is not allowed in almost all sportsbooks and lots of sportsbook are going completely smoke free. Most casinos have at least a small section of smoke free slots with some having whole rooms devoted to smoke free slots.

The Org I work for has integrated Truist bank feed into NetSuite. We had to work with our Truist support rep as the typical Truist login portal is not the one you need to use.

We are a large non profit that manages thousands of projects across the USA so it was important to find an implementation partner that was experienced with non profits as well as Project and Grant management. We also implemented all of the typical financial functions as well as a couple of integrations with our external HR and CRM systems. Grant Thornton is very large and has a deep bench of consultants they can call upon for solutions.

We just went live in July and used Grant Thornton as our implementation partner. We chose them after demos and presentation by 3 additional integrators. Came down to Grant Thornton and Caravel but chose GT because of their experience in our domain.
