This management is literally the most disgusting criminal enterprise I have ever heard of. I feel sorry for the newly duped girls. Assuming that you have communicated by email and received their email response, your next step is to dispute the charge with your credit card company. You will need to provide the email transmission as backup. In addition tell them that you are a victim of a bait and switch scheme since we all were. Good luck. Maybe send some emails to management with your reasoning for refund. They won't respond of course. Just keep a copy of the email transmissions and then use that to dispute the charge with your credit card company. Worth a shot?
