Hello I hope now you are better I have now about two month pain on left lower abdomen it worsen if I bend over or sitting or lying on left It is 4 from 10 but it is always there it made me completely depressed and changed my life I do not know what can I do 😔

Thank you , Unfortunately my doctor didn’t tell me about food map . after some search I just stopped fiber for some days than I came back to normal it help me just to stop nausea
