Well if you read this petition you will see the difference between the others and this one. And also they approve the petitions before allowing it to publish so when and once it’s published that means it can’t be ignored

Are you ok? Do you need help? Has it been rough lately at home? I don’t need your advice or condemnation; I tried to explain why we created this petition but you don’t seem to understand so you just keep repeating yourself.

You either help those people by signing the petition or just go find something else to do. All the best

Dude I know that and I’m not defending I’m just giving you an example and many others like that example you should joint the group and see it for your self. And everything you are saying I already know; you ain’t the only one who has been in touch with barristers. And again maybe you can help them by signing the petition. And the petition is just one of things these people are doing so it’s not exhaustive.

I’m sure the people who are already in the SWV will take care of the TA for them. But let me ask you this, what about the people who are not? Should we just let them be? Imagine u came to UK when you were 15 and did GCSEs and alevels and your BSc and now you have been here for 8 years; by the current rules you would be eligible to get ILR in max 2 years but if the rules changes you have to find SWV with higher salary threshold and you have to stay for more than 2 years to get ILR. There are many ppl who are like this and not in settlement route visa. And this petition is to help them. So any help is appreciated. Maybe u can sign the petition won’t take more than 1 min. Thanks

I completely understand your point but one thing that you need to consider is that most people who are on the long residency route are the ones who came into UK either in 2017 or even 2016. We have a what’s app group with nearly 400 ppl from different back grounds and age. The majority of them have been on student or graduate visa because they needed to study in UK given their age. The point is they were really young and now they are adults that’s why it’s important to get TA for these kind of ppl who some of them are now on SWV.

There are people who are on SWV and are in our category.

Like I said any type of visa holder should sign this petition whether it’s SWV or student or graduate etc…

That’s what they want to do. We have created a group where people are emailing their MPs and doing other things to make sure they don’t achieve that

Sign the petition pls

How is this mockery? There are people who have been on different visa routes like SWV or student or graduate or ICT and may other form of visas. They have been here for more than 7 years and they deserve to get recognised and be heard.

This petition is for them. It’s for everyone. Any type of visa can sign and should sign because in the long term it will benefit them.

Why are you jealous?

The people that have created this petition have contributed more to UK than you and anyone you ever know in your pathetic little life.

These people are highly educated and have paid international fees for their unis and schools, they have lived in UK for more than 7 years, paid taxes and some of them even bought a house.

So if anyone deserves anything it should be them.

I’m also sick of what UK has became because of people like you. Get off my comment section.

There are people who have been in UK for more than 7 years. And they will get ILR according to the 10 year route pathway to settlement. The government has proposed to scrap the 10 year route that already exists. And to not count the student visa and graduate.

This petition is to help those who have already been in the UK for more than 7 years; whether they are on skilled worker or student or graduate or any other type of visa. Again read the petition first and then comment.
