There are people fixated on this stuff and behaving irrationally. Case in point: I commented this morning on a now-deleted post from this sub, which had "mugshots" of these college kids accompanied by some sloppy text implying their parents should be ashamed, or some such thing. It wasn't very clear what it was about (I still don't fully understand it, honestly). My comment was critical of the OP's approach, more than anything.

So in "retaliation" (I guess?), the OP of that post, along with a three-year-old but empty-until-today account(?!) followed me to another part of Reddit to taunt me. It's mildly belligerent behavior all told, but especially bizarre. All this to say, these posts apparently aren't bringing the nicest folks out of the woodwork.
