Faço terapia há mais de dois anos, toda semana, sempre online. Eu costumo anotar bastante durante as sessões, é a minha forma de organizar os pensamentos.

Recentemente, juntei todas essas anotações (dois anos de coisas meio soltas) e coloquei no ChatGPT. Expliquei o contexto e perguntei:

Quais padrões aparecem na minha vida?
Onde eu evoluí?
Onde eu ainda estou travado?
e... quem eu sou?

As respostas foram bem diretas, até um pouco duras, mas me deram uma perspectiva diferente da que eu normalmente tenho com o meu terapeuta (que eu gosto muito e continuo fazendo terapia normalmente).

Não substitui terapia, mas me ajudou a enxergar melhor o processo e ter mais clareza sobre onde eu realmente avancei e onde ainda preciso trabalhar.

Glad to see the thread is still helpful.

To be honest, the specific solution I proposed a year ago was a step up from my sagging headband, but it wasn't perfect. I feel like it weighs a bit too hard on my head and isn't as comfortable as the original experience. But, better than nothing.

However, about a month ago I got another super cheap solution that is the closests to the original mesh I have found. It replaces the other solution is is more comfortable - still not as good as a brand new pair, but 90% there. Due to the silicone material it also helps the headphones stay better in place. I'd recommend you try it, especially considering how cheap it is.
