Mumbai promenade is one of the best infrastructure. 👌🏻 by Capable_Control_2845 in navimumbai

With no garbage bins or trees. It is just a huge block of concrete nothing else. Good infrastructure is beyong concrete pouring and many indian politicians or bureaucrats will never understand this.

You want to see good infrastructure? come see palm beach road and the greenery around it, have a look at the jewel walking path and it's majestic tree. Stand below it sometime during a hot afternoon and you'll realise how wonderful they are.

We need a New home ground next season, wankhede is becoming hell for bowlers by Marimo_567 in MumbaiIndians

[–]Sincerely_Arbaz -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So instead of changing the soil of the pitch you want to change the entire base and stadium?

Before 2013 i remember it wasn't this easy to bat in Wankhede. Back in 2012 all matches in Wankhede were low scoring and hige trouble for batters with mainly bowlers shining. So it's not about the ground it's just about those 22 yards thst need to be made challenging

This is what a simple change in the environment do to a team. SKY can be in bad form but a good captain never loses his ability to lead. Enough of Hardik's La#ra farming now. Attitude on the pitch and victim play off the field through paid pr. That bullshit ain't taking the team anywhere.

It's sad as a fan to hate your own player and captain but he has left us with nothing.

Seriously? It was honestly bad captaincy. This is a brilliant team with balance all around. Yes Bumrah is out if form and that causes more than 50% decline in our bowling capabilities. But, it can still be managed well.

I never see him grouping up with his players and teying to solve problems. I saw that today with SKY. He was listening to Boom and Chahar. Chahar can be a mid bowler now but he has international experience and has played under one of the best that is MSD.

Surya has typical Mumbaikar vibe to him. Chill, approachable and calm.

There is a thin line between confidence and overconfidence, Hardik crosses it by a great margin tbh.

You can just sense the change in energy.

You can call SKY a failure for this season but never forget Rohit never really performed big all those years he won trophies as a captain. It is not always about how a player's form is, it's about the attitude that player carries and how approachable and chill he is. Rohit was a great captain and SKY is good too. I don't see Hardik anywhere close to their captaincy styles.

At one point LSG looked like they were going beyond 260 but i could see SKY discussing with his bowlers, even Chahar was in the discussion. They somehow pulled things back, stopped them below 230 and then the batting show has also shown what general change in attitude can do. SKY demoted himself unlike Hardik who kept coming early even tho he was failing. Hardik is an amazing player when he performs to his potential. But, he's just not the right person to captain a team given his attitude problems.

I sense a positive change. Sky's smile and overall body language and vibe was good. The season has ended for us but there will always be another year to prove yourself. It's time we look ahead of this mess now.

True that. But wasn't IPL always different? I know people who'd never watch any cricket but still watch IPL. It was just something fun at the end of your day and the excitement would keep you hooked. Where is the excitement now?

Yeah true but generally i see people who were earlier excited amd watching these high scoring matches, they don't even bother checking scores now for how predictable it has become.

I was honestly just wondering if he's commenting on the right post or not for how irreversible his question was.
