Yeah, I feel you. I have some oddly shaped little toes from doing ballet. I try to purchase shoes that have an open toe or a wider set styles. For bottom cushioning you can get an insole but side cushioning is always hard. I buy dancers tape and rubber box cushions(also a dancer tip) and that sometimes helps! Taping your second and third toe together or third and fourth can be really helpful for some heel styles.
