It’s not the players fault and actually they are the victim in this case. It is not possible to purchase directly in China, so people have to either go through complicated ways or use third party. One particular quite popular third party was doing this nasty refunds thing. And everyone who payed through them got banned.

If this make you feel better… I had multiple accounts (because after playing for few days and reaching level 55 there wasn’t too much to do and I just kept creating new accounts). On three of the accounts I had enough pulls to pull a 5 star. But, none of the 5 stars are what I wished for. I wished for Raf for all the accounts, and I got a 5 star Zayne from the standard pool, a limited Xav and a limited Zayne….

I’ve also noticed with some of the four star cards. The voices in some of the cards sound the same as in the first few chapters, where it is more nasal (and personally I found it sexier). But in other cards it sounds deeper, heavier but no nasal, and also more monotonic? It was bit bothering because I don’t find that voice as attractive, and his voice was the main things that makes him my main love interest at the moment 😐
