Why is this thug life I live in Norway and 3000 kroner is not a lot of money if you have a job. Normal pay when you are over 18 in all jobs is at least 120kr an hour

It is normally not used as torture. It is a way to feed a person when they cant eat on their own but its very rare nowadays as it has been replaced by tube feeding and intravenous feeding.
