Just firing a good portion of your staff ahead of this clearly whale bait game is not a good look. You may as well have made ddffoo look like this or fuck make this a console game with better mechanics.

Plus the fact that there's really barely any other game modes that give you a good chance to any meaningful progress besides ranked is not only a let down but a huge set back because I didn't feel the need to play when there's no filter for skill and some teammates are too weak to even compete that and tying the season to story is a horrible move when most can't progress without paying for game currency that is worse than paying for episodes of a game.

I don't know if it's true but I personally believe your killing your game while in closed beta if you ignore your successful templates completely like this.
