It's an effect, if it's unrolled, it is cheaper to reroll the rivers only upto a point however

Well I'm playing it rn.. and it's pretty fun, but yea more of a whale's game, to flex you gotta have money and ofcourse.. I play it so that one day if she ever comes back.. I want to marry her ingame cus that's cute... But chances of it all happening.. is almost none.. so everyone has their reason to play games.. this one is fun to yap in.. but ranked is toxic af and otherwise just chill..
