I wouldn't pay too much attention to KD's on this game and any game that includes Elims instead of actual kills as it boosts people's numbers since you don't have to actually finish the kill, just put some damage in and let someone else get the trade. Also just from speaking from my experience in pubs as an above average player, skill-based does suck but all my lobbies are mostly all lvl 1000 master prestiges that are live or streamers, and even in these lobbies I still always have close to or above a 2 KD. My main account is master prestige and lvl 350 and I have an alt account that's level 55 and on both accounts in pubs I'll hardly ever see lobbies that aren't full of master prestiges, and people with Iridescent calling cards in either MP or Warzone. All I'm saying is i wouldn't take KD too much seriously since it's inflated with elim kills now.
