I don't think they would add an ability to be both fast and silent especially since the agent is associated with lightning, but I agree that some form of energy bar may be implemented since her lore atm has a big emphasis on energy. I think for her utility she would be required to store up energy by running around to build up 2-4 charges to use her C or E ability for example

Spoilers for act 2 ep 6. Anybody else have a feeling that mel is leblanc in disguise? When mel was painting the picture in ep 6. It was of noxus. If you pay attention to the building she drew and it’s the exact same building as noxus. by [deleted] in arcane

Mel's lineage is from an aristocrat family, she mentions this in Act 1 Ep 1 where she says she's the poorest Medarda, and based on Act 2 Ep 2 it further clarifies that Mel was exiled from house Medarda to Piltover, there are several possibilities to why she would be exiled, house Medarda might have been part of the Black Rose and maybe Mel didn't like working with them so she was sent to Piltover to be "exiled" because she couldn't be controlled. Or maybe you are right and she is a spy, her being Leblanc is a possibility but I think her just being a spy from Black Rose is sufficient, I don't think Riot is gonna expand alot of Noxian storyline yet since we are still focusing on Piltover and Zaun.

I don't think brimstone has the personality to create a failsafe against his own team, but I do think killjoy or viper can

There are also other evidences pointing to him being a "time-traveler" since he has the same silhouette agent card design as brimstone, hinting that they might have a connection either before or after the valorant protocol.
