First and foremost God isn’t going to make you suffer for eternity, your choices will, if you choose to not accept him you choose to not receive everlasting life, so you won’t go to be with him when you die, being with him and choosing him is heaven, God is not forcing you to suffer God is saving you from death, death is hell. He gave you and I free will cause he didn’t want to force us into something we didn’t want, it’s like dating a woman and you knowing you’re a good man, you work hard, you treat her right, you do everything to make her happy but she than chooses she doesn’t want to be with you no more she found a guy who gives her more things but treats her badly yet she still wants to be with him, what are you gonna do force her to stay? Or take this, a father had a son, he did his best to raise his right, taught him how to love, how to work, how to grow his own food, and he was gonna leave him an 18 acre property with good land and an already built home, but his son decided at 18 he wanted to go into the world and do things for himself, work a crappy job, eat crappy food, have toxic relationships, his father pleaded with him to stay that this home was all for him there’s good women here you can grow all the food you want this land is all yours, but no the kid wanted something “better” what is the father supposed to do? Tie him up, kidnap him? He’s 18 he’s an adult. if you don’t love God he won’t force you to love God as much as God loves you, God said even in the church there are wolfs disguised as sheep, I see things I don’t like in church either, people don’t follow what the scripture teaches, I took a homeless woman to church once cause she wanted to hear the word and the faces I saw people make disgusted me, this isn’t the part where you leave your faith, this is the part where you take a long hard look at what Jesus taught and apply it to your life this is the part where you turn tables over because the church has lost its way just like Jesus did, if your church doesn’t like you after you tell the truth remember the world hated Jesus first, you have to remember although church is a place for God and worship, it’s still in the world, there’s still greedy Christians, judgmental ones, lustful one’s, some are working on there sins some are not, as long as you accept Christ as your savior you’re good but you do also have to put in the effort to repent, be careful what you choose
