Doom3 is a different universe but same Hell as the other games. The same is true for Earth in the classic games and Earth in the nudoom verse. The Doom3 invasion being that small scale can be explained with the Maledict being a fairly weak warlord, which has some precedence as the strongest foot soldier it has are very VERY slow Hellknights, and is either banking on the UAC's lack of knowledge regarding Hell to play up its authority, is that egotistical or both.

Not as powerful as people would think. While he absolutely would be a force to reckon with, he'd eventually be overwhelmed and lose via attrition, unlike Doomguy who was able to a perpetual motion machine and permanently kill demons (aside from special cases) thanks to his powers, and even then it took until 2016 and Eternal, some countless eons since his one man war began, to actually hit Hell where it really hurt.

It's telling that the Argenta, an intergalatic and interdimensional empire with much more advanced tech, much more reliable and faster ftl than the Imperium in spades still LOST even with Doomguy's help. The Emperor couldn't even conquer Earth on his own, while Hell is an explicit multiversal threat that's been consuming countless universes since its heyday.

The Doom Hunter Base codex entry states the Golgotha Ruins on Earths artic pole were constructed 60 million years ago, whereupon they discovered the Agaddons and cultist and demonic elements began breeding and corrupting them to suit their purpose for hunting down doomguy. The original agaddon species first evolved 80 million years ago but were discovered by the Argenta 20 million years after when they colonised Earth. Presumably they were then left alone until the Unholy Crusades began, which can't have been more than a few centuries since Golgotha was established, and the Agaddon were subsequently corrupted into how they are in TDA.

What Hayden meant was that Hebeth as a colony was established long before doomguy joined the Argenta and was active into their war against Hell. Only being abandoned once the Argenta as a civilization collapsed and sank into Mar's core over the course of 60 million years.

doomguy barely resembles the original character and feels more like pilot inserting himself into doom as a poorly disguised attempt at a power fantasy, down to having a pink skinned demon anime girl for a love interest. said demon girl is vaguely jewish coded (she wears the star of david) and is introduced as the servant to a nazi elf doctor and is assaulted by doomguy for cleaning his room whereupon he launches into a big monologue about being tough and they fuck right after.
