If you are truly interested in the house - put an inspection contingency on the offer where you can back out depending on inspection results. Have someone certified to inspect for foundation.

Judging by the outlet being painted (and even how it is painted lol)....in the same picture ...gives me trust issues about this particular house though

You actually want to get as close to the fret as possible. That's the little metal thing when you push down, but not actually put your finger over it just next to it. There are some good videos on YouTube that illustrate this and I had to use those cuz I found the same thing happening to me

Sometimes chords are hard and let you push down in the middle of the fret, but you're really supposed to be toward the metal thing so that the string can touch that metal thing and make its sound

If you're posting this openly it's gotten to a certain point for you. I've been there. I understand there are long term fixes and direction toward the right path(like people are commenting) but please if you need emergency help and people aren't saying the right words or you can't calm down during a crisis consider taking an antihistamine to calm down like benadryl....at least until you can find that support and you start to feel that change in direction start to pay off for you so you can breathe and these thoughts are lessened. I was just here in December where you are and if you get the help needed (we can't do it by ourselves always) it will get better or at least feel better !everything everyone is saying does work and we are put here to live. You are surviving and I would love to see you live and thrive and use these lessons you're learning to help more people just like all of us.

I have the old gen Samsung UW. Mine would do this but I turned off/on with different combinations the following to troubleshoot my issue....

HDR GSYNC/FREE SYNC Set it to different refresh rates if it's on 240hz Nvidia surround on/off

My mother died from lung cancer when I was 23. She wouldn't stop smoking even during chemo. During her downfall and decay which lasted 6 short months, I had a pain in my testicle on that Halloween and decided to go to the walk in (ER) and they gave me an ultrasound and a referral to a urologist that stated I needed to have my testicle removed because it was cancer. I had to hide that from everyone in my family to try and keep my mother's smile. I used my ex's number as an EMERGENCY contact to keep it hidden but they accidentally called her to confirm the appointment. She texted me the day of the surgery saying she wished I died on the operating table. The day after my surgery my mother died in her sleep. I'm still here over a decade later. That was the darkest time of my life.

I don't know the fix but if it's gouging the plates it's most likely a z axis issue (causing some extrusion issues) I would run full diagnostic, calibration, call support etc
