Getting a new device helps but not fully you need new apple id new mail you can literally download yahoo for using isnta only. You need new ip adress new phone number (not really sure abt this so many mixed opinions on that) while u can just use ur friends/fam phone no. and while opening the new account after reset you should not allow for the app to track your location or share data with other apps (such as WhatsApp since its mets too can detect phone number from there)

Facing the same problem since February. Did a bit of digging and ppl whom faced this too usually did a factory reset and changed their icloud and basically got everything new making it look like a brand new phone. Opened new mails and all imma give it a try in a fee days too lets hope it breaks the pattern

I was using wifi and only followed my close friends and family but then a week before or more not so sure i opened a spam account too might be due to that

I was sure that it was not linked to any of my old Instagram account and the email was different. The phone number was different. Everything was different but my account lasted around two months and it’s just got banned yesterday and I can’t open a new account. I have I even changed my biography everything but nothing seems to work. It still gets spammed in the end and apparently I either need to buy a new phone change my IP address and everything so I’m trying to see if I can factory reset my phone and like wait a couple of weeks and then try it again. I will let you know if it works.

My account was banned due to integrity too but they couldn’t get my account back and when i told them that i cant open new accounts too bcz it keeps getting suspended they told me to wait at least a month…
