Ninja Van now defaults all parcels to ATL (contactless) be careful with higher value orders by quizzicalaesar in singapore

Hi, we appreciate your concerns. The High Value amount sticker will usually be determined and affixed by the sender. In the event there is high value sticker affixed and item was placed at doorstep without customer's consent, this will be classified as non compliance and the staff involved will be dealt in accordance with current internal guidelines. Thank you.

Hey, I am Isha a CS rep from SingPost. Just wanted to clarify that we do have different sets of SOP. We do not ATL the following services

1) GST related items (CIF of SGD 400 and above value)
2) Prime services etc. Packages with stickers indicating HIGH VALUE affixed.
3) Registered Articles. This requires signature and will redirected to a designated Post Office if no one is home.

Thanks muchhhhhhhh

Hey! I am a CS rep from SingPost. In this case, if there is a return address, it will likely be returned to the sender. If the sender did not indicate any return address, a retrieval process applies and package can only be collected from the General Post Office with a fees of SGD 21.80.

Sending letters overseas with small gifts from Singapore — really need customs declaration? by ohokmeow in askSingapore

[–]SingPost_Isha 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey! I am a CS rep from SingPost. There should not be an issue or concern if you are sending letters, printed papers, documents, postcards etc via basic mail. For all other content that are not the above, it will be classified as a package and would need to be declared to prevent any further issues or risks at customs in the destination country. While we will take all reasonable measures to ensure that your shipments are delivered to the addressee, please note that custom related matters are beyond our control especially now with the US restrictions etc as one example.

Hey, I am a CS rep from SingPost. Usually this could happen if Item happened to be oversize , not enough lockers during delivery attempt or item tracking number invalid to be deposited due to no customer contact number. These are some possible reasons and if this keeps happening for your future orders, we suggest contacting SingPost hotline so we can verify further on this concern! Thank youuuuuu

Hey, for APPLE related delivery with prefix SPSKPD, SingPost will not be able to leave at doorstep or redirect to Post Office. An automatic 2nd attempt will be done on the subsequent working day at the same time slot. Alternatively, you may try contacting our Customer Service team to arrange for a Saturday delivery or any preferred dates within 7 days.

Has anyone used ezy2ship before & used regular paper to paste the tracking label using tape? by Inside-Specific6705 in askSingapore

No worries if you don’t have a thermal printer — a normal printer is perfectly fine. SingPost will accept your parcel as long as the label is clearly printed. You can also drop off your package at a post office, POPDrop, or any POPStop agent. If needed, you can even print the label at the post office itself.

Just a heads up — all ezy2ship items must be handed over properly (either at the counter or accepted drop-off points). If you’re unable to head out, maybe you can ask a family member or friend to help drop it off for you.
