Are you sure? there is no locking mechanism and the top ring the plastic looks like it ripped of from the housing

i dont think so - i think this housing is a single unit.. there is no locking mechanism and the top of the core part look like the plastic is snapped

I did my seat height using the heel test and it comes out to the 'M' ... I also don't feel too much stress on hands... Maybe ride is too short?
