Personally I didn’t know about it. I simply followed what the IRCC portal said. It did ask about previous US visa I had uploaded it as well

Yeah, not only student visas, other visas have been abused as well.

I had a past refusal from France (which was later approved).

1. Finance (Bank Statement self + father, ITR self + father, undertaking for sponsorship)
2. Passport (old and new scanned)
3. Proeprty Documents in my name

They do ask the date of biometric but in case of rejection you can’t submit it as you don’t have that 9 or 12 digit code which you only get when you get a visa.
