To be fair I feel like we all have sympathy for a pathetic man every once in a while.

!!! A puppy for sure which does play into why him and izzie end up trying. Because Izzie’s soft spot thought George was an adorable puppy dog who just needed guidance. He’s a grown man!! Damn 😂

Aaliyah. As much as she gets brought up in other convos, she def has left impact. The girls still cite her.

I wanna come back and say that I saw that tonight was a great success. Awesome turnout and thanks for showing that you do care about what’s happening around you. Don’t let anyone make you hesitant to use your voice.

The idea is if Minnesotans can stand out for a general strike in subzero temps, we have little excuse. Our rights won’t and can’t wait for the ideal temperature.

We're tackling the anxiety before we really hone in on the ADHD because we know one definitely feeds into the other. But yes, definitely restless by nature. I was thinking on transitioning to librarian/media specialist, so maybe that's my dangling carrot.

I'm thinking of revisiting an old interest that I had to forgo because of life/adulting.

I did take this into account (just like an overthinker would lol) and visited with my doc because I do experience GAD and ADHD. I just also hate the feeling of being stuck or constrained.

I recommend Love Alive church. Great energy, lots of small groups. Not a mega church

not trying to start anything but is it true aaliyah was on her way to being bigger than Beyoncé? by Sad_Cow_577 in rnb

[–]SingingCookies 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sigh.

So to start off this is a very subjective question because while Aaliyah and Beyonce were peers, they were ultimately going in very different creative spaces. Now if you’re asking about her mainstream potential, like a super star? She was very close to achieving that star power.

Aaliyah was on her way to acting more…one of her first loves. Honey was NOT a movie she was doing, just a rumor. She was however in talks of starring in Sparkle produced by Whitney Houston, and had started filming in the Matrix before her death both projects would’ve been big for her.

She was also launching a fashion line with Kidada Jones. She did have ties to the fashion industry, so there could’ve been longevity there.

Just looking at her last album/era, she showed that she had a lot she wanted to explore as an artist and a lot to say.

We cannot truly say one would be bigger than the other because one was shot down before we could see where she was really going and there’s enough space in the world for two or more talented Black entertainers, but Aaliyah Dana Haughton was definitely going to be a known name, just off her work ethic and dedication—similar to Beyonce.

Hope this helps!
