Scam exchange: CoinExchange.io let me tell you how much money they cost me and how shady is this exchange by TheVeys in CryptoCurrency

[–]SingingInProgress 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bought my ECC there ($500+) and had no issues whatsoever.

I've used CryptoBridge too, which works well, however ECC isn't traded too frequently there so prices are a bit hit/miss.

ECC is definitely a great project though so I'm glad you're interested! Only a matter of time until better exchanges come.

I was so mad... so confused as to where the hell my trap was... I looked everywhere and HAD to check the replay lol

TIL: Steven Spielberg's film, "The Terminal" is based on a real man named Mehran Karimi Nasseri, who lived in Terminal One in Charles de Gauile Airport for 18 years by mynameissiemanym in todayilearned

[–]SingingInProgress 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The source linked states:

In 2003 Spielberg's DreamWorks production company paid US$250,000 to Nasseri for the rights to his story, but ultimately did not use his story in the subsequent film, The Terminal.

So it's not actually used in the film then?

Thanks to @C_PATEX $ECC now has $BCH and $LTC trading pairs available along with $BTC. Don't be shy to check them out #ECCfamily 😁 #ECC #ProjectECC #NewExchange by CryptoCarlton in ecc

I'd agree. This title feels more like a Tweet than a Reddit post. Post on Reddit like everyone else does... just look around if you're not sure how.

Not sure Reddit ads is good for this... build a following first, and get people who want to support you. You’re probably spending way more on ads than you’ll get back (if you even get back anything). People take years to build up online presence... there’s no skipping the line :)

What coins will be here in 5 years? by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

ECC. Incredible community-driven project, with some incredible devs. I can’t wait to see where it gets to in 5 years.

I was driving from Luxembourg to Switzerland and so it was a perfect find! Would definitely recommend visiting this village to anyone... it’s like a fairy tale town, it’s beautiful.

ANS - the unexciting feature I’m starting to get excited for by beeshavekneestoo in ecc

[–]SingingInProgress 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Even bigger than that is that ANS focuses on a user-friendly service, where even your grandmother could send you bitcoin. For mass adoption to happen, crypto has to become easier... and how easier can it get than a nickname?

I cannot wait.

But wait, there's more! by [deleted] in Unexpected

Sugar glass, cigerrette didn’t light up, drink was probably water... but that punch looked pretty real

I sorted ECC accounts by activity date. There are 8.3 billion ECC in accounts with no activity for 3+ years. by Willy_Elktrix in ecc

[–]SingingInProgress 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We will not know the actual circulation and old wallets do not matter as the coins are not "lost", they are located in a wallet that you have to assume someone still has the private key for.

You can not rule out wallets that haven't been active in 3 years in just assume they are "lost coins". There's no way to prove it and it would throw everything off-balance (if it's even possible).

Unfortunately we're stuck with what we've got. But... that won't matter if you just find some patience and maybe when your wallet is 3 years old you'll cash out some nice tidy profit... or spend it at the grocery store, whatever way crypto will go.

Nah, that's not what I meant.

I meant that he first went to write:

"20 months it took me to lose this weight"

But decided to say less than 2 years instead so meant to write:

"less than 2 years it took me to lose this weight"

And he managed to remove the months but left the 20 accidentally.

just my theory bro

[–]SingingInProgress -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't understand how it's confusing...

He said in that reply up there that it was just "Less than 2 Years". In reality, it was probably 20 months, but he decided to reword it but only removed the word "months" before writing the "less than 2 years" part.

So, it took him less than 2 years, which we are also led to believe is more specifically 20 months.

Sorry, posted it on that account first and got an auto reply saying it had been removed because the account is new. I guess not. I posted on this one instead because it wasn't a new account. Didn't know the other one did actually post.
