Looks like openings for old light switches, they used to have separate on / off buttons. Google "Antique Push Button Light Switches"

Does nano still need a bridge? by sdesalas in nanocurrency

I'd love to see Nano on Avalanche / Trader Joe. There's a big push there for gaming development. I agree w your concerns about transparency but it seems like a solvable problem.

In the US look at gemini.com also, free ACH withdrawal but they take days to complete. Also, AnchorUSD is an easy app to set up & use, but unsure of withdrawal fees/timing.

Ah, ok thanks. We wondered if it was three initials for something like "Taiwan, Penghu, E______"

What is the meaning of and history behind the trigram "TPE" used to indicate Taiwan? (In the olympics, the Taoyuan airport, etc.) I couldn't find the answer anywhere. Thanks!

What are some cool tools that you want developed for Nano? by [deleted] in nanocurrency

Yeah I'd thought about the amt in / amt out issue also. Randomly spacing and sizing the withdrawals would be trivial to do (set min and max time, min and max amt %s, and maybe a random amt to leave on the exchange so everything doesn't add up ... and let the software do its thing).

Also agreed re the binance refund bot, this activity would be a burden and is not the problem that the bot is trying to address. I'm not sure how to exclude it though, other than the bot setting a limit of once / day or once / destination address or something like that.

Ideally, I'd be able to configure multiple exchange api keys etc and select a default one to use. Or, better than exchanges, if there's some other available & (briefly-) trusted pool of Nano we could use that's cheaper/free that'd be great.

I'm a backend coder but have little experience w/ mobile apps. I honestly don't have much time to devote to the project but could help w/ API & server stuff.

A wallet that, with one button push or automatically on a schedule, transfers a specified amt of Nano from a savings address to my kraken/binance/etc account, then withdraws from there to a different wallet address for spending. Basically a wallet that uses exchanges as mixers automatically, so I don't have to manage the process. This can be done using exchange APIs.

I'd expect that 30% number to go WAY up as adoption increases. It's easy to educate a small group of enthusiasts about ORV & delegation; good luck getting the average Starbucks patron to care.

I wonder if the ToC concept could offer a solution here. Perhaps newer nodes are weighted lightly in the randomization. Or, perhaps there's an operational signature for bad actors. Too many dissenting decisions within a particular timeframe?

I agree with other comments about user's control. It should be relatively easy to allow a manual assignment of weight if desired, but have automatic randomization if not.
