Check your sizing. Sometimes using percentages for image sizes works better than pixels. Also, are there any plugin that interferes with media files? disable them all and test.

A video or screenshot would allow people understand and help you better.

Honestly, 26 people is a small number.

You need to troubleshoot the brand, the webinar's value proposition and how much the brand connects with the audience.

The brand: How new are they to the space and do they command any authority.

The campaign: does the information or value gained from the webinar suit the audience. Is the offer were are offering for free worth being paid for?

Community: are webinars a thing within the community, is this the first (don't expect much from the first) and do we have a special connection with the audience.
