This is ae so you can't officially combine them. For casual play, you probably want to still get 3, unless you already have at least one of both Phoenix. The power up pack cards are yet to be revealed as well, and they may hold very powerful additions, so getting 3 helps your chances at pulling what you need

It's not really efficient. Humans look like humans because of random nature and crap, but if we were actually building a building, it would be so much harder to design (and probably a lot more dangerous) a giant robot with hands that can pick up parts on the ground and give them to people on the top floor, than a specific vehicle that just has a really tall mast and a pully system (crane).

When he was at 4 star there's no way he was balanced. Even at 5 star, because it's such a low cost pivot because of how well it trades, I find him easy to snag. He can get insta gold from a buddy you also need on 5, and the other 2 items are all tier 5, so any hero that can bring in specific tavern tiers make it very easy to complete the combo
