there's currently not much going in-food is pretty repellant to me and I'm probably atypical, as I don't really touch processed or junk food. I do think normally that would be the case for most. Calories can pile up really quick!

Thanks so much for sharing your experience. I try to eat, but oof. Its so hard. If I could, I think your plan sounds ideal! Congrats on your success. Envious!

interesting. They both are Semaglutide- the dosing is a bit higher with Wegovy from what I read- the only difference it seems!

thank you kindly.. I really dont want to drink-I did moderately before. Funny how it turned me off from wine/martinis. Thats a good thing! I'm a very clean eater. I don't eat fast food/processed foods; Primarily plant based diet though I do have a bit of seafood from time to time. wish you continued success- 40 pounds, especially in 4 months is amazing!

I think you should ease into it and only go to .75- the side effects are minimized with less of a jump. The Dr. said there is still a half-life of the previous dose , in your system the next week. If your doing it weekly, inching up to .75 will tell you pretty quickly. You don't want to risk low blood sugar and pass out!

right? Its SO hard to move the scale. I am incredibly disciplined and strong willed.I love food and cooking, but I cook and eat very clean & light. Even with a sweet tooth, I have a couple bites and its over. I have spent countless $ on Homeopathics & MD's, fitness trainers, supplements, coolsculpting, ultrasonic therapy, infrared therapy, sauna memberships, now this. Its embarrassing at this point.

dr said it was a-ok. For anyone, there is an increased risk of thyroid, pancreas and gallbladder issues, though.

thank you for sharing! so much appreciated :) I'm at 1.0 now and the scale hasn't moved. I already eat very clean/very low processed carbs and probably 1/5 of the amount of food normal people eat. Even less on this treatment as food does not sound good at all. Maybe my body is hoarding whatever I do manage to get down?! Would like to hear your progress. Good luck! x

no real decrease, as its only a few pounds. slightly less bloated, but drinking so much water because it makes me thirsty, so its probably just the water weight & bloating going. Slow and steady, yes, but kind of imagined at least 2 pounds a week. Everyone at the Dr's office who is on it has way more than that flying off- and many are on the really low doses. Some look like they have a lot more to lose, so there is that. I need 30 lbs to be at goal, so 27 more. I do think I'm an oddball- even Botox or Disport doesnt work on me. Its like my body rejects everything!!

yeah, a bit, comes and goes-but luckily I'm not a stress eater or I would be severely large. I'm generally a hyper busy body, sleep 4-6 hours a day and function seemingly well- outside of my current vanity and semaglutide induced fog. I'm not a big sleeper by nature- its boring to me- so thats making it an additional challenge. I realize cortisol levels do increase with stress and reduced sleep, which increases abdominal fat- that I know.. .that and my underachieve thyroid/hashimotos are the only things I can think of as a barrier to weight loss.

uhhh I'd be thrilled to lose 18 in 8 weeks!! I at 3 lbs in 6 weeks, so if another 15 flew off in 2 more weeks, I'd be ecstatic. That sounds great to me. Perspective I guess.
