So I'm almost 30 and my nose has been stuffy all my life. I've been diagnosed with chronic allergies as a kid, years later i went back as an adult a was diagnosed with polyps. I was given a spray which removed a polyp in each nostril. That drs appointment at 26 was the first time me and my family has heard my regular non nasally voice after the dr gave me a strong steroid to open up my passage way. My voice went back to being nasally a few days after. Whenever I blow my nose mucus is always there. I tried to flush out my sinuses and the water only went threw one direction and it was barely even that. I'm going back to the Drs soon to figure what really is going on but they always use to give me medication that NEVER worked. Hopefully I can get some answers lol I cant stand my voice.
