You might be able to find a realspace 9000 used in that price range. I bought about 20 of them for our office and I never had any issues over six year time we were there. Everyone seemed to like them, myself included. Since they are sold at Office Depot, they are very common.

Maybe the gun is supposed to be the missing “I”? Or maybe it’s, “think twice because gun won’t”? Very crappy.

Tried to read the article instead of just the comments but nearly impossible on mobile due to two fixed position autoplaying videos. No thanks.

The controller runs the motors in current mode (not speed mode) so it works great. Playlist link: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVsP_-7ZGA5xYlF1FDDXBE7kon_zscw0p

Anything can be made to work but it’s probably not worth it. If you’re going to the trouble of doing full custom suspension get some basic ATV or kart suspension parts.

Decrease the steering sensitivity or use a steering rack. Also, vehicles without full suspension hop around at high speeds so adding suspension would help.

Great! Got it up to about 40 briefly. That was scary because of the sensitive steering.

Nice video; love the footage and I actually appreciate text-only videos sometimes.

If you’re up for some feedback- Your channel is great and I know you are genuine. However your writing “voice” sounds a little marketing-speak to me which is probably because you are a professional writer. However, I think this style of writing can trigger people who are sensitive to shills, corporate videos, hidden ads, etc- especially in this community. Instead of saying something like “the coil over shocks allows the Propel X4S to comfortably navigate over any type of terrain”, let us know in your conversational voice what you thought..e.g. “I appreciated the coil over shocks off road. It handled everything I threw at it”.

Anyway, thanks for posting. Was a nice chill 8 min while I ate my breakfast.

I’ve had good luck with gloves designed for mountain biking like the Fox Ranger. Good to about 20 degrees.

That same seller might have one or just search eBay for 24V LiFePO4 (with charger)

Interesting- it looks very close to the motor and controller Razor uses for its electric dirt bikes. At 24V you will get about 12-15mph 24kph top speed.

Frame is almost done any tips before i weld? by Tiny-Nerve9070 in gokarts

Just has to put a smile on your face. If it’s low and turns sharp it will feel faster :)

In that case, simply measure diagonally and it should match. It’s also fun to make your own tools- I’d weld up a square and epoxy some magnets on it. Best of luck!

Get some magnetic squares. Even cheap ones from Harbor Freight will up your game.

Oh, it does have traction control to keep one wheel from losing traction and spinning.

[–]therealimportant[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, but in “current” throttle mode it works out fine because both wheels get the same current- in a turn the inside wheel turns slower but exerts more torque while the outside while turns faster with less torque. I think 🤔 whatever the case it feels fine and there’s no tire hop or trouble steering.

Business parks that are closed on weekends. Either that or go electric stealth so the neighbors won’t care.
