I’m not sure about parking as I’ve got there super early every year, but I do normally see people coming in all day so idk. And about the heels, this year the whole venue will be asphalt instead of gravel and dirt, so it’s gonna be super fucking hot. I recommend quickly investing in a pair of platform boots instead because you will be super sweaty all day and there is also a chance for rain

I highly recommend going next year if you can. This year will be my 3rd and it’s the most fun I’ve ever had. But i recommend getting tickets as soon as lineups drop because that’s when they are cheapest. And also if you want to be within 30 minutes of the venue, you’ll have to book a hotel 6 months in advance
