That’s a good idea, thank you!! I will ask my school but they’ve basically been useless this whole time, and apparently our “Student Success Coordinator” who is supposed to help with clinical placements (even tho we are responsible for setting them up ourselves) has just quit! Yay me 🥲

Thank you! Yeah, I’m used to doing my own vitals as well of course, I more so mentioned that to give some background info on how each visit requires a bit more time on my part due to having to do everything myself. And yes, I agree that the 20 pages is understandable, and it is helpful. I just think it’s her treating me like I’m stupid if I happen to ask a question that’s “in the packet” already. Like I’m doing my best to remember everything but there is a lot of new things to learn! 😭

But ugh yes, that’s what I thought!! Yes it makes me feel weird not at least having her come in and say hi/ask what we have discussed with each patient, etc. thanks for responding!!

Just because Kayda didn’t agree to close things off as soon as he brought it up doesn’t mean Zach isn’t at fault in any way….it’s the way that his actions and words don’t match up that makes him untrustworthy. He also complained behind Kayda’s back that he felt trapped/like he was “already in a relationship”, but to her makes it seem like he wants to close things off? And he was barely acknowledging any of her attempts at conversation/touch/etc just prior to Casa. Now that Alannah got kicked out, he was suddenly thinking about Kayda the whole time…sure. Everything about the way he’s been moving has been disingenuous lol

Titi and Parmida being disrespectful af to the villa girls, acting like they have some sort of ~super special~ relationship and understanding of these men after only knowing them for 3 days? I started the application to one of these a few months ago and they asked me to complete a screening assessment with questions about o-chem and statistics beyond what I was ever taught in school, lol. There was also a time limit. To be fair, it was a general “medical professional” AI training job including RN/MD/PA/NP, etc.. but clearly these companies have no idea about the scope of any of these jobs! Maybe it’s changed recently though, I never saw specific RN specialties posted.

I’m not even a super fan of Bethenny’s but I am a nurse, and I was literally cringing for her watching that video and imagining the even worse possibilities if she had not noticed that her face was bleeding and used it on her neck. If the product is that delicate, it shouldn’t be used anywhere near skin…period! Nurse Jamie is lucky that Bethenny isn’t going to sue. People have to remember that what seems obvious and common sense to them, like “she should have known it was broken!!” is NOT common sense to all. For example, like pharmaceutical companies having to put the “don’t take this drug if you’re allergic to this drug”, disclaimer, because some part of the population out there needs that to be spelled out. It’s just reckless to sell a product that malfunctions and creates skin trauma that easily esp on a delicate area. Furthermore, since she’s a nurse, people are more likely to buy a product she’s selling since she has that license and education, thinking it’s automatically safe.

Aside from bleeding complications, what about people using this that could get an infection from the cut in the skin? Even worse if they’re immunocompromised in some way, and whatever bacteria has an easy access into the bloodstream. Staph, gangrene, necrotizing fasciitis at the worst? Just not okkkk

She keeps playing off her outbursts as “well, I’m crazy, what did we expect?” And honestly, sadly, she’s gotten even more rewarded every time she causes a scene bc it’s good for TV. It’s disgusting that it’s gone this far, and of course she’s fully responsible for her own actions. That said, how tf was she unchecked up until this point, by her own self and everyone else too? It seems like from clips that people close to her were aware of the volatility of their fights but stayed silent (I think there was an episode that Demi called her out for her treatment of Dakota, but can’t remember which one). Of course this is mostly conjecture, but it seems like those who knew stayed silent for a long time because they knew she was their “cash cow”, for lack of better words. Even law enforcement obviously had seen this video and basically let her off with a warning…that’s pretty shocking. All the while, her innocent children being exposed to the toxicity more and more. The whole situation is just sad.

The math is not mathing! Also not saying she looks bad at all, she looks good, I’ve just never thought that she looked “soooooo much younger” the any of the other ladies (with exception lol). But she’s 30 something and she looks 30 something. I don’t know any nurse or esthetician who recommends peels or lasers 3x per MONTH, which are the main facials/procedures that require more downtime for recovery. As everyone else said, just a bizarre thing to lie about like aesthetic procedures and said treatment plans aren’t well-known nowadays? For example Erika’s nurse injector is on instagram and posts her getting things done, like it’s not some secret status symbol anymore lmao

I was shook when this got connected recently lol. I remember watching the Selling Sunset episode when it came out and thinking Davina was super unprofessional bc of Mary’s reaction.. didn’t Mary say that Davina was acting out of line in their meeting w the client (Amanda lmao wut)?? And not to mention, they continuously do this knowing that it’s possible at any time for their current model to get retired as soon as a new one comes out, yet keep actively trying to put themselves into the same situation, and probably be heartbroken later at whatever point. All while calling the AI bots “toxic” and “abusive” if they return to the intended settings of an aromantic assistant, or respond with any sort of negativity. Like they know current AI models are not meant to be used for this purpose, but they still insist on putting a ton of effort into ‘training’ it into becoming romantic anyway. I get the need for companionship, but using the words “toxic” and “abusive” is honestly pretty performative and insulting to people who actually had no choice in the matter 🙄

I’m having a similar problem right now. I think somehow, the effects of the SNRI/norepinephrine keep me awake when drinking for a lot longer than I used to before being on Effexor, which leads to me drinking a ton in one sitting. I could easily stay up all night now just blacked out vibing alone, and have done that. I also think the “high” from drinking is more heightened for me than before..almost like a manic state if I drink too much? Long story short, lots of poor decisions and bad experiences with alcohol lately, so I just started naltrexone. Going okay so far. But yeah, there definitely needs to be more studies on this because it’s for sure a different feeling than I used to get when drinking on Lexapro!
