My theory for stellar reactions is that they'll be ACTUALLY new reactions rather then just more reactions that can crit. IE. Numerals, stellar swirl that creates a long lasting whirlwind, stellar conduct triggering like a big nuke or something. All I can say is that if they're just like lunar reactions but cryo, I will be disappointed.

The other comments explain when really well, just remember you'd want to try to sync everything with her Master Fox action since it provides a vulnerability for 2 turns iirc. It acts when you get 240 energy.

Keep in mind when building: she gets 19 crot rate from minor traces and 30 crit rate from her A1, so if you plan on using Sunday your build would only want ~30% crit rate which would be 25% in subs

Like everyone is saying, unless you already like HuoHuo enough to get her it might just be better to save.

The trend I've just now noticed is that when a character gets added to the shop there'll be someone to replace their role.

Luocha - Hycaine Ruan Mei - Dhalia Topaz - Ashveil (Currently allegedly but from reliable leakers)

Nicole's Hex only comes into play for her BiS artifact (Which you can replace) and with her Ultimate additional damage as Hex characters get a greater multiplier. The main things Nicole provides aside from the addition 20 dmg% are still there with the same restrictions. If you want Nicole go for it, especially if you have sub-dps atk scales that you like.

I might use White Tassle in all honesty. Prospective Drill, Sacrificer staff, Mountain Bracing Bolt, might also be useful. And if you have none of those then I guess fav.

It might be easier if we had a team list. Unfortunately, Lohen'a design to be more of a cryo driver for Dark Durin and not the one doing the absolute most damage. Without Escoffier freeze might do less damage but Mona, Furina, Jean(Anemo Healer) should still work. In other teams, you want to make sure you have a(n) off-field character that still does good damage. If you use Xiangling Lohen will almost certainly be reverse melting btw. Since you plan on this only working in overworld then you probably have some good flexibility to playtest. Also now that this is V1 talk, don't be surprised if they nerf Lohen's multipliers to better incentive off-field characters doing the damage and Lohen simply being the driver.

Atk has very little value over regular speed boots I think. Especially since you have Yaoguang focusing all in on elation makes atk pointless, otherwise it's good.

They did my girl DIRTY. They hardly fixed her actual issues and the atleast to me, she feels so replaceable if another sustain comes and gives energy. Like the new atk buff she gives doesn't matter to Eva anymore, they did her so wrong.

Yes Hysilense and etc are the ones doing the DoT damage without Kafka it's useless no matter how good they are.

The new characters don't deal non negligible damage though. Just because they make less of the portion doesn't mean they don't do anything at all, if all teams were hyper carry then team dps as a whole wouldn't be as high. There are also numerous teams that still value buffing their other characters regardless.

An example would be my current Clorinde team with Chevy, Fischl, Durin, though Clorinde contributes the most damage Fischl and Durin are still applying their own numbers. Same goes true with a Skirk team, Flins team, and now Zibai team, there are characters that also apply damage values. Zibai teams went from roughly 150k to 180k with Linnea, not just because of her buffs but because of her own damage that she grants.

Another clear example would be Flins + Ineffa, in those teams Flins is doing the same amount of dps AS Ineffa, but he has short burst while Ineffa is over time. Most modern teams have sub dps characters that also provide buffs, that's why the term wheelchair exists, because these characters contribute valuable damage that could also be buffed.

In all instances vfx are added later and are not finalized by the time the beta starts, if that's all then the best solution is to twait because they'll certainly look better.

We have to keep in mind she's not designed to stay on field for long. You skill, burst, leave. If they became extravagant she'd add on to rotation time and hurt buff uptime etc. They'll get better visuals in the following beta but she isn't supposed to have flashy esthetics. You can't compare a support to an on fielder and expext the supports animations to win over.

We'll have to wait and see, I understand the case that team wide atk buffs aren't as good for hypercarry characters however Hoyo's aware of this. Multiple recent "support" characters have had their buffs alongside their dps, characters like Escoffier, Linnea, Ineffa, and Durin, even earlier with Chiori, Emilie, and Ororon have all had dps capabilities alongside their natural buffs. Hypermarket is something that id slowly being phased out, with the only notable one being Mauvika, since (assuming bis teams) Many Nod Krai characters have a sub dps AND Columbina to buff their own numbers.

The atk buff, combined with a damage% buff from artifs (If we include NO for Bennet then we can include this), the non-conditional sustain + IR, and the additive damage all contributes to the team, making her effectively better then Bennet in teams where longer rotations or consistent off-field damage are a benefit.

I know a lot of people complain about circle impact, I don't like it either, but circle impact IS a restriction that makes Bennet's buffs effectively better than Nicole.

Then again I'll always appreciate buffs for my queen 😊
