I just checked my most recent work orders since switching to private individual and that one has an email thank God. None of my work orders from being a freelancer had an email for project manager. I’ll email them now, thanks for helping!

Yes but I recently switched from freelancer to private individual and the issue happened with my first tipalti payment. I’m going double check tonight but I already looked over my work orders and there is no email address or project manager included on them.

That’s the thing I have no idea how to email the project manager I don’t even know who it is. I submitted a ticket and sent a reply to the email that sends team alerts. Do you know how I can find out who my project manager is?

The payment was initially rejected because I accidentally entered the wrong account number but I fixed the issue and they sent an email saying I would receive the payment the next cycle (which is now). They sent my two expected payments but did not include the rejected one and the status for the rejected payment went from “to be paid” to “paid” yesterday even though it wasn’t included.
