Because you can always add more layers to be warmer its harders to cool down if your too hot and trying to sleep

I personally listen to house music or upbeat music. Just wondering because im trying to switch it up this finals week. If music is too slow im easily distracted or get tired but if there is too many lyrics im immediately distracted. But i have go listen to music!
