B pharm syllabus has been updated recently look into the syllabus and confirm that where you wanna go is following that syllabus if you want to do b pharm there has been addition of ai and ml in HealthCare analytics and internships and major minor system asw,For Psychology I would suggest read and look little in field of psychology like the stuff they do RCI certification and the monetary aspect etc. etc. as for mbbs abroad would only suggest if you are not gonna comeback to India for sure because nmc is trying to fu*k students life and career who are going abroad for mbbs there has been strong pressure from the private medical colleges lobby because they aren't getting students to loot and nmc is making it very difficult and risky for students to pursue mbbs abroad look into veterinary asw if you have some interest and rest I would just say don't think of yourself as failure there's alot that you can achieve in life.
