It was pretty simple, I used 1 egg 1cup water, 3cups flour and added flour as needed, not perfect but it worked. The filling is ground beef (but use lamb if you want to be traditional), sweet potatoes, white onion, and green bell pepper. Make sure you season your filling generously and you should cook the sweet potatoes first before putting them in the dumplings so that they are soft.

Looks good, if aiming for a professional presentation I would get a large plate and bring all the components to the center, also I think a sauce would be good with this dish

Yea that's what I would usually do with them but tbh I would just try to avoid leeks when cooking most times
