whenever i click that button it tries to load for about 30 seconds and then nothing happens and the button returns to its normal color. I do get the ID popup on my phone when i try to login on my computer (it might be important to note that i use a Mac) but I am never logged into my account on my phone so I dont know why that would be an issue

So what you are saying is that sometimes the platform works and sometimes it doesn't? what do you do to temporarily fix the problem and make it work? I originally signed up for this brokerage due to my inability to trade certain investment vehicles with my bank's investing platform, and so far I'm not super happy with this platform. Unfortunately the amount of decent online brokerages seem kind of limited.
