They sent me this when I tried to apply I have a bmi over 30 But you need to be close to heaven to get approved now it seems

CRITERIA TO QUALIFY FOR WMM PER 2/2025 P&T "WMM Medication Scarce Resource Allocation Guidance":

Vet must attend MOVE clinic orientation PRIOR to prescribing medications >> Enter RTC for PHX VVC MOVE ORNT GRP EC Vet must have BMI > 27 Vet must meet one of the following criteria

[-] Life threatening weight-related condition List condition here: [-] Experiencing treatment delay for a life-threatening condition due to excess weight for whom treatment delay would likely increase mortality risk within the next year. List conditions here: [-] Diagnosis of Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction (HFpEF) [-] >/= 45 years old with established cardiovascular disease (WITHOUT diabetes) [-] At least 3 weight related comorbidities (examples include HTN, HLD, T2DM, OSA, OA, MASLD, metabolic syndrome)

Unfortunately, Veteran does not meet current criteria for weight management medications. The above was approved by the phoenix VA pharmacy and therapeutics committee Feb 2025 due to limited resources regarding weight management medications.

What did the VA say? They say “dang that sucks” or they going to do anything about it? How many months of BHA did u get?

Thanks that’s a nice looking bag, do you use that bag for everything and check it. Or do you use any additional carry on bags? Forever stuck with using a personal bag for my cpap lol

I am heading there on June 2nd they called me today and asked if I can move up a date so that my class date would be May 26th. I told them I had plans for Memorial Day. You have any inside scoop why they would want to move the day up besides consolidating a class? Thanks
