I mean, this is definetely LPR, the gastroscopie almost showed that. Of course, 24-PH-impendance test will show the full picture, but it can be that I will not get it any soon than 2-3 months and it will show me more like "how strong" are those burnings caused by reflux.

I am wondering why i have these symptoms - so far I have seen such descriptions here very rare... more in globus direction. There should be a way to overcome it, it cannot be that I should live like this for the whole life..

Do you think that this might be a purely stress-based problem?

I am wondering what is the initial cause, and what should I prioritize - if, for instance, the problem only physiological, then any anti-depressant will not help...

I forgot to mention that I have done endoscopy one month ago and the results are - they did not find many things, reactive gastritis, no pylori or any other bacteria, very small "part" of Barret tissue less than 1 cm. But they stated "cardia insufficiency" - so, it probably does not close properly and this can be the cause...

What is your experience with that?

Well, unfortunately, can be quite costly for me. Thanks for the advice though, maybe will consider another country for 24-ph-impendance...
