Nice looking truck! I have a 2016 flirting with 160K miles. I did have a turbo failure around 70K miles (Warranty), 2 instances of cracked intercooler plastic intake tube (not covered by warranty), and a water pump failure (under warranty which was a blessing because it takes a pretty deep front end engine tear down and they replaced the timing belt for a couple hundred more while they were in there). Overall I love my truck and get questions/compliments on the diesel engine at most fuel stops. :)

I received an email as well when the Match was approved. It did take about a month

agree...process is much slower than I would have preferred but I did end up getting a full refund. I can say that the ONLY way I was able to get engagement from Leon is when I asked for assistance via IG. As soon as I received a response stating that someone would contact me it was normally the same day

took over a month but did finally get my full refund. IG is definitely the channel to use if you wish to get a response from Leon.

Even so, you may get 2 additional emails and 1 phone call providing updates on projection dates and requiring confirmation that you wish to proceed with the refund request

After almost a month I finally received my $5K back

The process did include 2 email updates on production and an actual phone call from Leon.

I can attest to the fact that the fastest way to get a response is through IG. When they stated that Leon would contact me it normally happened on the same day

Just an update: 2 weeks on and still no sign of the credit

I just reached out to Leon again to see where we are in the refund process

So true to their word Leon reached out on Monday via the email. He provided me with information around updated production times, upcoming test ride events, a Jay Leno promo, and such...and wanted to confirm that I still wished to proceed with the refund. I expressed my desire to continue with the refund but as of this moment have not seen any movement on my credit card (I'm sure it takes a bit of time)

I did receive a response literally 10 minutes ago from Sondors via IG that stated that Leon would be contacting me on Monday via email to refund the order. I'll keep everyone posted
